Time travel
to the future
I had never
seriously thought about traveling to the future, I admit that I like the idea
of a travel to the past better. However, if I had the possibility of
traveling in the future, I would like to go to the year 2080 and be able to see
what the future of our country Chile is like.
Being
optimistic, I like to think for that year, the country and the whole world will
have solved the main problems that afflict us, such as the climate crisis,
violence and economic inequalities. I believe that our society would be more
sustainable with the environment and fair with the people who make it up. We
would all be respected for who we are, and we would understand that our
differences are not a problem, but rather enrich us as a species.
In 2080,
people will not be afraid of an unstable future, as our planet and the species
that inhabit it will be protected by all. People will also not be afraid of
suffering violence for expressing who they are or for not having the necessary
opportunities to develop fully.
In a
society like that I would like to live and contribute with my abilities,
contributing from my area, and fighting so that we do not make the same
mistakes that have created so much damage in the past. Being part of a society
like this is a great dream for me.
